Barbequed chicken and Kao-Kha-Moo…

I made Thai style barbequed chickens and carrot salad yesterday. It was so good unfortunately we did not have sticky rice. I had to imagine the rice in front of me was sticky.
Two weeks ago I would like to eat Kao-Kha-Moo (Thai style pork leg-stew) so much. I had no idea how to make it. I got some recipes from the internet enough to create my own by mix them all together. Some recipes use Coca-Cola, but I used Pepsi instead. It was so sweet because I put both Pepsi and sugar so I had to put a lot more water to dilute it and it was finally good at the end. At first I thought it would last for 2 days but we had it for 3 days in a row, gave some to our neighbour and still some to freeze.

Hi Aum, About Kha-Kha-Moo, it’s look good. When will you open a Thai restaurant there? Anyway, it will be better if you put Iodine-Salt in your food. This may help you from lacking of Iodine. Take Care
