Chicken tonight!!

Tonight I found a new way to cook teriyaki chicken. I usually did it on the frying pan but I bake it this time. Normally, I would just marinade with the teriyaki sauce and some mirin but this time I put more ingredients including grated fresh root ginger and garlic. It is very tasty.
