Finally…

I went to see Simon at HSBC in Edinburgh on Saturday. When I told at the reception that I had an appointment with Simon, she could not find any appointment for Simon. It made me nervous. She asked me to spell my surname and asked me to wait while she went to get Simon. Simon apologized about everything that happened to me. He said he would open a new account for me. Finally, I have 3 accounts with HSBC. I have current account, Instant Saving Account and Credit card.Simon said he would call me on Monday to see if I could register with Internet Banking. When we went back to the car park, we found the parking ticket at the front of the car. HG was frustrated because we were sure that we bought enough time to park there and it was about 10 minutes left. He went to find the traffic warden who issued the ticket. He found one but not the one who issued the ticket but that guy said he parked in the residential parking space. So we had to pay for the fine. After that we went to botanic garden. I took lots of pictures. I brought peanuts with me for the squirrels but we only found 3 of them that day. At night I tried to register with Internet Banking and it worked!!! Yippee!!! Today, Simon called as he said he would and they compensated me as he said they would.
เมื่อวันเสาร์ไปเอชเอสบีซีมา ที่เมื่อศุกร์ไซม่อนโทรมานัดให้เข้าไปที่สาขา ไปถึงก็ขอพบไซม่อน ยายแผนกต้อนรับเปิดสมุดดู ไม่เห็นมีชื่อเราเลย แกเลยเดินไปเรียกไซม่อนมา จากนั้นไซม่อนก็เดินนำเรากะHG เข้าไปในห้อง เริ่มต้นด้วยการขอโทษที่ทำให้เสียเวลาต่างๆนานา แล้วก็เข้าเรื่องว่า เดี๋ยวเขาจะจัดการเปิดบัญชีให้ใหม่ ลืมบัญชีเก่าไปเลยนะ เริ่มต้นกันใหม่ สรุปว่า วันนั้นเราได้บัญชีใหม่สามบัญชีคือ บัญชีแบบกระแสรายวัน มีสมุดเช็ค บัตรเดบิต บัญชีออมทรัพย์ และ บัญชีบัตรเครดิต ไซม่อนยังบอกอีกว่าวันจันทร์จะโทรมาเช็คกะเราอีกทีว่ามีปัญหาอะไรในการใช้งานอินเตอร์เน็ตแบงกิ้งหรือเปล่า พอออกมาถึงที่จอดรถปรากฏว่าได้รับใบสั่งอ่ะ ติดอยู่ที่หน้ารถ HG ตกใจบอกว่าตามบัตรจอดรถยังไม่ถึงเวลาทำไมมาให้ใบสั่ง เขาเดินไปหาคนออกใบสั่งไปโวยวาย ปรากฏว่าเราจอดรถในส่วนของคนที่พักแถวนั้นคือเหมือนกับว่าต้องมีสติ๊กเกอร์อ่ะ ถึงจอดได้ ซวยไป โดนปรับซะ จากนั้นเราก็ไปเที่ยวที่สวนพฤษศาสตร์ ถ่ายรูปต้นไม้ ดอกไม้มาเต็มเลย เราเอาถั่วลิสงไปให้กระรอกด้วย แต่ไม่ค่อยมีกระรอกเหมือนครั้งก่อนที่เราไปเลย คืนวันนั้นเราก็ลองลงทะเบียนใช้งานอินเตอร์เน็ตแบงกิ้งของเอชเอสบีซี เรียบร้อยดีไม่มีปัญหาอะไร เย้!!! วันนี้วันจันทร์ ไซม่อนก็โทรมาตามที่บอก แล้วเราก็ได้รับเงินชดเชยโอนเข้าบัญชีเราตามที่เขาบอกเรียบร้อย
