Having a new bike…

HG got a new bicycle early this month. After seeing him enjoy going out for a week, I decided to get one for myself as well. My bike is Specialized Globe Elite WMN IG8. It is a road bike designs for women. I could not remember when the last time I was cycling was. It must be at least 15 years. On the first day I went out with HG but because the roads here are not flatted, so I could not go too far. Another problem was about the road traffic, since I was not riding it for a long time I was still wobbling when I needed to slow down. So I decided to practice my ride in the village to build up my strength and confident before I can get out with HG.

From last Thursday I have been practicing my ride for about 40-50 minutes every day (except Sunday). Everyday I tried to give myself a wee bit of a challenge. It made me feel good every time I won my own challenge. Maybe it is one of the good things about exercise. I’ll keep it going until winter. I am not sure if I can go out in winter but I’ll try.
