My birthday…

My birthday cake

My Birthday (April 20th) this year was so good. This was the second year that I celebrated my birthday in this country. HG bought me so many things for my birthday. The last thing he gave me was Raspberry Canes. They were later crops, so I expect to have at least one raspberry fruit this year. Mum and dad came to stay overnight on my birthday. Dad half-made my birthday cake from his house and finished it here. It was called Profiterole (a small pastry cake with a cream filling and a covering of chocolate sauce, usually served in a pile).

HG and the bears

After nice dinner, HG had some quality time with Tatty and Ninae.

Beef Panang

Today I made Thai Panang beef curry. (Inspired by my neighbour who made it last weekend but did not let me try) I put pineapple in the curry too and it tasted so good. We had it with boiled eggs.

Blue Tit

Last Saturday when we came back from shopping, HG found a poor blue tit lied on its back on the ground. He picked it up and tried to warm it by being in the sun. I went outside to find him and saw him stood still in the middle of the garden. The bird was still lying on its back in his hand. I told him to turn the bird on its feet and then I took over the bird from him after the bird repaid him with something warm in his hand.

Lambs

Do you still remember the lamb I took its photo last time? I took more photos of them last Sunday. They were big now.

Woody, my dog when I was in Thailand, went to the beach last weekend; here are some photos of him I got from Here Un+. Isn’t he a cute dog? I miss him so much. I wish he was here with me.

Hi Aum, Happy birthday to you. Wishing you are happy and enjoy your life in UK. Woody is so cute, too.

Hehehe - sorry that we didn’t share the panang beef curry, but it tasted so good that we scoffed the entire lot :-O Besides, I couldn’t give *you* a Thai curry - Danish pastries, maybe, but not a Thai curry LOL! Taggie woofed that she wishes Woody was here too, they would have so much fun ‘helping’ you in the garden!! Love, Charlotte
