My TSH is normal now…

I went to see Dr. Lawson again last Monday to see about my blood test result. It was so amazing that my TSH is now in the normal range (0.5-5.5). Here are my TSH records in the last 3-4 months.

The doctor does not know the reason but I think I know. After my second blood test I started having seafood which I normally had it quite often when I was in Thailand. I will continue having them since it is my favorite food and it is good for me. Dr. Lawson told me to have another blood test again in early of December and just call in to check the result. If the result is not good I can have another appointment with him after that.
Pepper is doing fine at the moment. He likes the supplement food I made for him. I made chicken, cabbage and carrot casserole for him to mix with his normal food. I am glad that he likes vegetables.
We tried to train him not to bite and jump but not yet success. The manual said if he jumped we should walk away and ignore him. We did and he did not like to be ignored. He had a kind of tantrum bark and followed us and tried to bite our jeans to get an attention. He behaved better with me than when he was with HG. He likes to feel that we are around when he wants to sleep. Last night when I was cooking and HG was talking to me in the kitchen Pepper finished his dinner and just came back from the toilet. He started whining. HG thought he wanted out but he just came back. I told HG that maybe he wanted to sleep and asked HG to sit at the dinning table. Pepper followed him and went to sleep under the dinning table peacefully.
He did quite well about his training. We trained him to SIT, GIVE PAWS, and DOWN. We just started to train him about DOWN for a couple of days. He could do it maybe about 70% of the time we commanded. We only train him before his meal because the puppy at this age does not have much attention.
About his housebreak training he did quite well but not yet 100% trained. Touch wood, he had never done his #2 in the house yet. Yesterday I totally forgot to take him out when I woke him up during the day. I tickled him and played with him for a bit and then I got distracted by something else and forgot to take him out to his toilet. I thought he tried to tell me but I did not understand. So he peed in the house. It was my fault. I had to clean the floor after that.
We have to block the stairs because he likes to climb up but he does not quite work out how to go down yet and we are afraid that he might get hurt.
The other problem about him is eating stones. We have to keep eyes on him when he was out in the garden. Yesterday when he was in his toilet, I heard he was chewing something in his mouth. I opened his mouth to check but there was nothing. When we went back to the house I heard the noise of something was cracking in his mouth, I opened again and this time I found a small stone had been broken. Charlotte told me that Megane, the black Labrador in our neighbourhood, had a few operations because she ate stones. I do not want our Pepper to be like that even though he is now insured.

Hi Aum, Congratulation for your TSH result. However it is better for you both to test for the Choresteral level if you eat amount of sea food. Have a good health, Lha.
